About Me & My Approach

After many years working in the corporate world, I decided to retrain to become a counsellor. Following years of training and hundreds of hours of client work, I am now a registered counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am an integrative counsellor who utilises a range of theories and practical experience to help you understand yourself and your situation better. I am non-judgemental and will work to allow you to feel safe and listened to during our work together.
I work in a relaxed, conversational way allowing you to explore your own thoughts and feelings. I won't advise you or tell you what to do – but rather encourage and support you to discover your true self.
I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship and family difficulties, gender and sexuality issues and offer therapy to both individuals and couples. I offer both short and long term therapy.

I work both online (using Zoom) and from therapy rooms in
Chiswick (close to Chiswick Park tube station) and
Ealing.

I receive monthly supervision from a qualified supervisor
and am also a member of a peer supervision group
– both of which ensure that I practice ethically and safely.

To see if we’re the right therapy match, I offer a free 20-minute call before therapy begins. If we decide we want to work together, I will send you a ‘therapy contract’ outlining our therapy sessions which ensures that we are both safe and respected during our work.
