Finding the right therapist is a very personal decision based on your individual choice. I offer a non-judgemental space to facilitate exploration of your thoughts and feelings between two individuals - me and you. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, trauma and work-based issues to name but a few. I also have experience of therapeutic exploration of sexuality and gender. However, I am more interested in you as an individual - why not request a free, 20 minute introductory session to see if we're a good therapeutic match?

I understand that, at first, the idea of therapy can be daunting. However, our sessions need to be just between you and me. Of course, if you feel that you cannot attend therapy on your own at this point, I perfectly understand but I would ask you to consider whether attending therapy is right thing for you right now.

The simple answer is 'no'. As a therapist, I do not offer advice but rather work with you through your experiences, thoughts and feelings to empower you to answer your own questions and address any issues you are experiencing.

I would recommend that weekly therapy at the same time, in the same place is agreed between us at the start of our therapeutic relationship. Of course, exceptions (with notice) can be made for holidays etc. We can discuss this at our first, paid-for session.

Cash or card payments are taken at the start of each in-person session. A payment link will be sent to you 24 hours before an online session. This needs to be paid, by card, before the online session begins. Business contracts can be paid by invoice with a 30 day payment term period.
